This statement is describes certain policies of Intellimatics, LLC (“Intellimatics”)
with respect to personally identifiable information obtained from consumers
visiting this and any other Web sites maintained by Intellimatics. Web sites not
hosted on our servers, such as Web sites maintained by other agencies or third
parties we link from our Web site(s) may be governed by different privacy
policies which we do not control.
Purpose and Extent of Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

Use of Cookies and other Tracking Devices by Intellimatics
Intellimatics employs certain automatic tracking devices in order to improve our
Web site and its user-friendliness, and to ensure that its contents are relevant
to the needs and interests of Intellimatics’s customers. Intellimatics’s server
automatically identifies the IP address used by each visitor’s computer and
tracks which areas of our Web site are visited, and how long a visitor remains
in each area. In addition, Intellimatics may employ small text files (”Cookies”)
to collect information about your Web site activity. Most internet browser
software programs can be set to notify the user when a Cookie is about to be
placed on a computer, and to reject or accept such placement.
Sharing of Personally Identifiable Information with Other Parties
Intellimatics does not share your personally identifiable financial information,
such as credit card numbers that you may disclose to Intellimatics in connection
with a commercial transaction, with third parties except reputable payment
processing service providers, who have agreed to abide by this or more stringent
privacy policies.
With respect to all other information collected through Intellimatics’s Web
site(s), we reserve the right to share any such data with our domestic and
foreign corporate affiliates and business associates and, to this end, to
transfer any data related to customers or visitors across borders to and from
any foreign country or jurisdiction.
Security
Intellimatics is committed to taking reasonable and appropriate steps to prevent
access to your personally identifiable information by unauthorized parties.
However, Intellimatics does not represent or warrant that your personally
identifiable information is secure from unauthorized interception, disclosure,
or other security threats. Moreover, Intellimatics reserves the right to
disclose personally identifiable information in response to, among others
things, requests from law enforcement agencies, process served on Intellimatics,
or court orders, or, whenever Intellimatics, in its reasonable discretion, deems
such a release necessary to protect its own interests or the interests of other
parties.
Children’s Guidelines
Intellimatics’s Web site(s) are not directed at children under the age of 13. We
will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
under such age, and we assume that all purchases made by credit card are made by
adults or minors with the consent and under the supervision of their legal
guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable
information belonging to a minor, we will delete such information from our
systems.
Changes to this Statement
Intellimatics reserves the right, now and in the future, to make changes to this
policy from time which will become effective upon being posted on
Intellimatics’s Web site(s). For the effective date of the most recent up-date,
